RYAN + VANESSA
The Spanish Monastery

Ryan and Vanessa had their elopement at the Ancient Spanish Monastery – one of the oldest and the most beautiful locations for weddings or engagements in Miami. Originally built-in 1141 in Segovia Spain, the monastery was purchased by William Randolph Hearst in 1925 and bought to Miami stone by stone. It is definitely one of my favorite engagement locations in town, I highly recommend it! Plus, going here is like taking a trip to Europe without the plane ticket. The architecture here is absolutely gorgeous and made for a perfect backdrop for the couples engagement photos.
We had a great time taking advantage of the beautiful Monastery and the warm South Florida weather. Their outdoor nature style shoots really bring out the couple’s individual personality. This couple was an absolute delight to work with and it was great to see them enjoy their time together. We had so much fun that I could not be more excited about their beautiful wedding!
