Celina + Seth are the living definition of true love. They met while Seth was stationed in Germany, and proceeded to conduct a long distance, Trans-Atlantic relationship until Celina moved to Colorado Springs shortly before their wedding day. I can only imagine what an adventure it must be to move from Munich to Colorado Springs without knowing a soul!

However, Celina's husband is an equally dedicated partner. As was noted by Seth's best man during his speech, when the groom is committed, "he goes all in"; Seth learned to speak German to become closer to Celina's culture and communicate better with her family.

And it didn't stop there, when Celina suffered from a collapsed lung shortly following their wedding, Seth nursed her back to health following an extensive surgery and recovery period. I'm pleased to report Celina is now doing well nearly 6 months later.

​

Now back to happier times like their beautiful wedding day, which invited friends and family from all over the world. They were married on Florida's west coast, which is an amazing place to get married. For starters, their sunsets are dreamy and the laid back vibe makes it the perfect destination wedding location. Even if you are based in Miami, you might want to consider getting married in Naples, Sanibel, Captiva or Marco Islands; it's a short journey across Alligator Alley, and your guests will enjoy the weekend vacation getaway.

On a final note, as you can see, the couple opted for a simply party, yet prioritized photography as their big expense. I always tell clients that when all is said and done, the only physical memory you will walk away with are your photos, so work with your favorite photographer to meet your budgetary needs by either building a smaller package, or even considering getting married on a weekday, such as a Friday, when discounts may be available.
