Melis + Leandro's Vizcaya Museum + Gardens wedding was a no-expenses spared stunner. Impeccably planned by Masi Events, the NYC-based couple's big day featured a 10+ person live band and fireworks show - 1 of only 5 allowed at Vizcaya per year.

After getting ready at the Mandarin Oriental in Brickell, the couple had their first look at Vizcaya. In a first, the father-of-the-bride accompanied his daughter to her groom. The result provided us with some gorgeous candids. If your father will play an important role in your wedding day, you can also consider doing a first look with Dad before meeting your partner.

Flower girl (ah hem) dog, Charlotte, was as sweet and innocent as she looks. Incorporating your dog on your wedding day creates a fabulous memory. Be sure to have a friend or assistant on hand to manage the pet once the ceremony is over.

Melis's father went above and beyond to surprise his daughter on her big day. As the couple shared their first kiss as husband and wife under the chuppah, flower petals canons rained hundreds of rose petals over the couple and guests. 

 

Following a traditional Jewish ceremony, the 200+ guests watched the sunset over Biscayne Bay during the cocktail hour, and partied the night away.
